In short, this is a response to the winter of hell that was the beginning of 2025.

Footage from Binghamton University’s lecture hall core are coupled with SDR shortwave radio recordings, modular compisitions from the ambience of the space, and a 26-tone encryption system, whose tones spell out lines of desperation.

A shift is then made to footage from Wolfe Park, which is layered with itself passed through a circuit-bent video enhancer.
